Important Note for New Patients: You do not need to have sleep issues to be a patient here. The majority of my practice is dedicated to treating primary mental health conditions—like anxiety, depression, and OCD—for patients who sleep perfectly fine. I also offer specialized behavioral sleep medicine as a premium, added expertise for those who need it.

  • In-Network: We are fully in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) for Missouri residents.

  • Out-of-Network / Private Pay: Private pay options are available for patients with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and other commercial insurances. We provide detailed, itemized superbills after each session, which you can submit directly to your commercial insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Please note: We do not accept Medicaid, even on a cash-pay basis.
